I read some articles mentioned that each page should not contain too many links; otherwise the robot may ignore this page. Therefore, I seperate one of my pages which contains all the article links on my website into 4 different pages and put them into my Sitemap. After that, the indexed page increase from 13 to 72 to 130 (from goolge webmaster tool).


Content Optimization
1. 用粗體字
2. 利用標題(H1, H2....)
3. repeat key words smartly
4. Set Geographic Target tool in Webmaster Tools

Website Beta Testing
Some Benefit:
1. "Beta-Testing" phase protects us from an all-out assault and gives us time to address concerns by changing notices on the site.
2. We get 1-2 emails to follow up on instead of 20 emails saying the same thing and demanding an immediate response.
3. When we address the beta concerns by tweaking something on the site, we will get fewer complaints/concerns when we launch to a larger market. Saves us a lot of work/PR damage in the long run!

論壇 Forum
Find the forums that your target customer may browse. Most forums don’t allow Ads posting. Therefore, the article should looks like information sharing instead of advertisement. Even though not every posting is viewed hundreds of times, it is pretty helpful for SEO purpose.


Famous Blog
I left messages about my website on their guestbook and ask for their opinion. My original intension is that if they like the website, they may write an article about it and put it on their famous blog. In this way, a lot of people will know the existence of the website.
I don’t think I got much response from this. One reason is that usually guestbook is hidden. Users have to click and then they can see the comment. However, I found that this approach help my search engine rank. When I google “MBA case summary”, my website is the top 1 on the result. Top 2 and 3 are the comments I left on some famous blog. I believe the key words from their “highly valued” blog rocket my website rank a lot on search result.
